This includes the opportunity to book three 30-minute orientation conversations, each focused on a different aspect of your growth:

  • Strategic Perspective — with Adam

These conversations are:

  • One-time only
  • 30 minutes each
  • Designed for orientation and clarity—not ongoing coaching
  • Available to book within your first 90 days of membership

They help you get the most out of the community and identify whether deeper work together makes sense later.

These conversations are not coaching or consulting engagements and do not replace private advisory, programs, or services, which are offered separately.

Each month, members are invited to a private, members-only live session facilitated by Sharon and Josephine.

These sessions may include:

  • Real dialogue around business and leadership challenges

Themes rotate based on what members are navigating—such as clarity, visibility, decision-making, and sustainable growth.

This session is not ticketed and not open to the public. It’s one of the clearest distinctions between membership and event attendance.
